No way, if that is the case, then the windmill base will have to be $2m+ which I doubt
Original post says 170k+ so maybe they are saying it'll be 170k higher, not 1.7M?

Rio/Kentlands are each about 7-10 mins away - easy drive.
Potomac is also close. The primary benefit to this area is the access to green space/trails/farmland/nature and great schools. We use Park Potomac, Downtown Crown, and Kentlands for restaurants and shopping. There are also some great food and shopping gems tucked away in nearby areas you’d never know were there (I.e. original cava!).
Thank you! What is Original Cava? Couldn't find it on the map. Any other nearby coffee shops/small strip malls etc. within maybe 5-7 minutes? It's definitely beautiful and want to make sure there are a couple of options...
In the Fallsgrove shopping center (about 8 min away) off Shady Grove & Darnestown Rd, there is a Safeway, Krispy Kreme donuts drivethru, Starbucks, Panera, Chipotle. we love the Poyoteca (Peruvian chicken) there.

We kept the same master bath layout as the Palatine model home but upgraded the following:
Floor tiles: Daltile 12 x 24 inch white marble look matte porcelain tiles (staggered install)
Shower wall: Daltile 12 x 24 inch white marble look gloss porcelain tiles (vertical grid install)
Shower floor: White natural shaped rounded stones
Shower faucet: upgraded to include rain shower head and upgraded to the same style as Palatine model home
Countertops: white quartz
Cabinet doors: slab door (just like the ones in the Palatine model home) but upgraded the cabinets to include drawers
Cabinet pulls: the same as in the Palatine model home
Faucets: the same as in the Palatine model home
