Anyone seen Jay Z or Ashton Kutcher lately? Probably took one way trips out of the country.

Bieber is only 20yo in this photo, Diddy would have been 44yo.

I wonder when the relationship between Quincy (Kim Porter’s son by Al B Sure) and Diddy will be examined.

Diddy allegedly considers Quincy his own child…BUT for years now, Diddy has been posting strange videos of that young man in which Diddy zooms in on Quincy’s lips, abs, and other sexualized areas, talks in a very flirtatious voice, spends the whole time complimenting Quincy’s looks, and calls him all sorts of weird, fawning nicknames. Quincy always looks embarrassed, but in the way a blushing girl would look as her boyfriend serenades her. The videos are creepy as hell and Diddy’s videos with his biological son’s aren’t anything like that.

Or whether the investigation into Kim Porter’s death can be reopened??? Is it permitted to post this thread? I’m rotten at embedding posts

PP and I don’t have sons but I’d feel the same about protecting them with everything I have.

I don’t think that’s true at all, but I do think being closeted and likely self-hating is correlated with bad stuff. I’m Catholic and I think the problem with predatory priests totally arose from the hypocrisy around gay stigma. Once you’ve said that same-sex relationships are transgressive and bad, you start to lose focus on what actually is transgressive and bad (abuse of power or lack of consent). I think urban Black rap culture historically stigmatized gay male behavior much like the Catholic Church did, so they ended up with a similar problem. Stigmatizing gay men is NOT the solution to the problem. Gay men who are out and comfortable with their sexuality are probably the least likely men to be predatory.

This is a response that fits with what we would all like to believe as liberals. But there’s something more going on here. The incredibly high rates at which young boys are preyed upon by adult men in the gay community to the point at which being sodomized as a minor by a much older man is virtually a rite of passage for gay men bears closer examination. Lying to yourself in order to avoid discomfort and keep up with progressive dogma at the expensive children isn’t good.

Wasn't Call Me By Your Name, nominated for a Best Picture Oscar, like this? Luca Guadagnino, an openly gay director, cast a very young looking Timothee Chalamet (supposed to be 17 in the film) with a mature looking Armie Hammer. Then they openly discussed how Chalamet and Hammer didn't even meet each other until filming started in Italy; and for their first and only rehearsal, Luca made them do the kissing on the grass scene, and then walked away without telling them, leaving them making out until they realized he was gone. The whole thing gave me the ick, and yet it was openly celebrated in Hollywood for telling the gay story in a beautiful way.

Exactly. So many other examples in pop culture and literature I can think of. Gays aren’t hiding the pederasty that’s widespread and open in their subculture. Apparently, as good straight allies, we’re supposed to pretend we don’t see what they’re not even hiding.

I’m going to stop you right there. I have been doing some math and I think I know more women who have been sexually assaulted than those who haven’t been. I mean that literally, by the way. The problem isn’t gay men. The problem is… men. Yeah yeah not all men, etc. But I was just talking to someone recently about the Olivia Rodrigo song Vampire and there’s a lyric that strikes a chord with a lot of women: “cuz girls your age know better.”

Why? Because nearly all of us have had at least one encounter when we were between say 16-19 with a man between say 26-30 about how we’re so much more mature but gosh they shouldn’t be having thoughts like they’re having about us, etc. It happens all the time. Again not all men, blah blah, but yeah, most of us have experienced it.

Now, consider the stat we all hear that the lgbt community is whatever small percentage of the population but over 40% of homeless teens. These vulnerable kids find themselves in survival situations more than the average person, and with people who aren’t always looking out for them. It’s awful but if you spend any time at all with the community (and I do) you hear these survival stories all the time. So if as a whole that group has more encounters with older men, well it makes sense to me.

Why that makes it into the community’s culture is one I’ll leave for the psychologists of the world. But don’t lump all gay people into the category of predators. It’s complex, and I assure you the women in your life have had experiences you’d be surprised by as well.
Now ask your male friends/relatives about their first sexual experience. If they’re willing to share, I wouldn’t be surprised if they tell you it was unwanted. I don’t think it’s about gay experiences either. We have to stop normalizing sexual exploitation of minors.

On this we can all agree! Off topic but the older I get, the more determined I am to protect my daughter’s childhood innocence for as long as I can.

This is the point I was making that so pissed off others. The focus on gay gay EVERYONE’S GAYYYY-YAYYYYYY! diminishes the overall issue of abuse of women (the victims brave enough to have their names out there).

Pretty sure they take their shirt off in the club because you feel so hot after MDMA/ecstasy/molly use. MDMA/ecstasy/molly are avail in liquid form and predators can drug party guests with it. Diddy pal Rick Ross rapped these disgusting lyrics in 2013:

"Put Molly all in her champagne, she ain't even know it /
I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain't even know it"

Obviously not every gay person is a predator.

I think one of the issues is that while people are becoming more aware of male/female power dynamic issues, they are less aware of these same issues in male/male spaces.

Anonymous wrote:The idea that there is a “cabal” of Black male music executives forcing all male stars into coercive sexual relationships is an absurd conspiracy theory. The issue at hand, Diddy’s sexual abuse of multiple women and men, is disturbing enough, and backed by solid evidence, after a long investigation. But it’s not enough, apparently, for some of you vultures, who have to invent whole other sets of horrors with zero evidence. Yikes.

Take a seat, ma’am.
