Subject: Tourist submersible missing on visit to Titanic
The first reflex when you're trapped and panicked is to open the hatch, which here means instant death.
If there is no hatch, then they might turn on each other.
I pray they find peace, whatever the final outcome. Most of all, I pray for that young man. I have an 18 year old son. My heart goes out to this young life.

Yes, remember in the movie, the divers are using robots to film and that's how the necklace was recovered?
Rose found the necklace in her pocket after the ship went down. She keeps mum
and returns it to the ocean as an old woman at the end of the movie.

Not being able to stand for four days sounds awful. Not even being able to stretch out to make yourself comfortable. Just horrific.

It was said that they might possibly have enough oxygen to last into tomorrow. They had 4 days worth and started out on Sunday morning.
DP. I heard the O2 will run out on Thursday afternoon. France is send an underwater robot that can go down to 16,000 feet, it's supposed to get there this evening. Hopefully it finds something.

Then why can't one of the subs like Alvin go down and get them.
They don’t know where it is. Even if they could mobilize Alvin that quickly (which they can’t because there is a long list of checks and safety protocols that organizations like Wood’s Hole requires), without coordinates, it would be like one amoeba trying to find another amoeba in an Olympic sized pool.
