It doesn’t take especially significant wealth and connections to get that knocked down to community service for first time offenders. As long as she was engaged in activities with a consenting adult jail time seems really unlikely. I’m not sure what you’re expecting when you can avoid jail time for first time bar fights and theft.
The offense occurred 10/10/2019. Unless she couldn't make it to a bathroom and was reliving herself, I can't think of a legitimate excuse for a woman to get naked in the park in the fall. I doubt she would have been arrested, if she was relieving herself. Seems like it would have been too cold for most people.
It's typically pretty warm in Virginia in early October.

I don’t care if you’re a mentally ill or not. This is sick. There is no excuse. End of story.

Really? What were the circumstances that caused a woman to get naked in Pocahontas State Park? The only excuse I can think of is that she had to relieve herself and there wasn't a bathroom near by and I doubt she would have been arrested for that, since she could point to the steaming pile left behind.
It's interesting that the assistant manager is listed as the complaintant and was subsequently transferred to another state park where they are now the manager, but they aren't permitted to comment on this incident.
Nude sunbathing? Skinny dipping?

She has a public defender instead of one of her family’s 900+ Attorneys
Wow.
Her own father could have defended her (like he did in her 2019 “unlawful undressing” charge) but apparently isn’t. My guess is that they’re trying to liquidate assets that are in her name to pay for one. This is often the case that someone initially has a public defender until they can get liquidity solved. I know her parents. They’re huge Aholes//snobs. I would be shocked if any lawyer in RVA agreed to take her case.
She already waived Miranda rights when she was arrested and admitted to sending the kiddie videos. The charging documents are way more explicit than the article. There is a mountain of evidence. I cannot imagine any jury finding her guilty. Her best bet is to plea. Either way I hope she NEVER gets out of jail.
