While yes a 29 chat, I do find it interesting that they are playing this “waiver” game at younger years. Guess they feel the model worked for 29s so rinse and repeat!

Not with M&D DC 29 but my daughter was offered a waiver to switch from her club to another club mid-season two years ago. When a club is desperate to fill a team for number or capability, the will waive their fees.
Yeah but if they didn't do that then who would switch and in effect pay for two club seasons in one year? You can't get your money back from the first club.

Guess MDDC is doing the same NL did. It’s 4k because you are subsidizing. Hopefully your kid will get playing time if you played full, but there’s no guarantee especially as they age.
Every program has discretionary funds that they can use for good players, financial need, both, whatever.

But that's a mid-season change. Full season........
We didn’t accept the mid-season offer and they extended the offer at the end of the season for the following year. For the full season, they recruited enough players but didn’t have depth in key positions. And no, my DD is not a goalie.
