And I can tell you that one of the players on Arlington U19 that kicked the crap out of DCU this weekend was actually on DCU until this year. He could not longer pretend that DCU was making him a better player. Looks like he made a wise move.
U18 onwards is time to perform
Looking for youth development at U19 you missed the boat
In November Alexandria U19s beat Philly Union. So let's also say Philly Union is crap based on the lack of football knowledge and logic in this gossip forum
OK, I am fine with that. Most of the MLS academies are nothing but talent brokers. They recruit a bunch of already skilled players and hope to sell 1 out of 100 to legitimate teams overseas.
I tend to agree with this. Although there are a few academies that are decent developers of talent. Not great, but decent. DCU is absolutely not one of them.
Yes, they are all about winning.
That's why the stronger players in each age group train with and play with older age groups.
No development happening there.

So you don’t want to hear the truth from the happy insiders with factual info that contradicts some of the things put out there? You just the disgruntled ones?
But yet you have presented NO FACTS. That is a fact
You copy and paste that?
You're the Accuser.
They told you you lied about all age groups losing.
MLS Next website collaborates their statement that all age groups aren't losing.
They also pointed out the fact the U14's haven't lost yet this season
Facts
You lied that for the U14's they only recruit big and mature 13 year olds.
That's another lie.
Facts
They say you're obsessed with the academy.
Obviously Facts.
No one said all age groups are losing. So that is just a moot point. But DCU did lose to Arlington. That was what started the new posts.
No one said they only recruit big kids. They recruit predominantly bigger kids that have hit puberty. Just got to games and you can see that for yourself.
U14s not losing this season is support for feasting at younger ages but straight famine at older ages because the same kids don't know how to play. Because dcu didn't teach them. U18 and U19 are really that much different in terms of ability.
You can think DCU is a proper outfit if you want but don't expect everyone else to believe that crap. Do you
We hear you big dawg
The dcu kids can't play.
Only your kid can, but somehow the idiots at dcua rejected him
Where did your kid end up where his generational talent was recognized?
Barca? Real Madrid? PSG? Bayern?
NO. DCU can't teach them how to better players because it is one of the worst academies in the MLS.
