Well, these are the younger coaches so maybe they didn't know since they haven't been around as long? Honestly, half of them aren't great coaches themselves so I'm not sure why I'm using them as a baseline lol

He dropped the boy's in March? No wonder Loudoun is bleeding players right now. He's not the first coach they've replaced last minute this year. Hopefully they're paying him well for dropping his kids weeks before the season starts.

Did the United North really give away free travel spots for the spring? I thought the north u-10girls all quit this winter when Adam took over but they still have a team listed for the spring in NCSL. I read on here rec kids were getting offers to join for free but I thought it was somebody trolling.

Well if they did have enough money, clearly they didn't invest it into the right things. Imagine if they purchased evergreen instead of VRSC. Or maybe built a home base in Loudoun for their GA program instead of putting money into a failed gym in Reston.

Haven’t you ever left a seemingly good job before because you were ready for a new challenge? Maybe there was no room for growth at LS. Maybe it was a bump in pay. Maybe he liked the idea of building something new from scratch. People do this sort of thing all the time in their careers. Stop looking for hidden conspiracies and sinister agendas.
