Two things could happen in the next 18 months:

Like the PP suggests, she slowly starts course-correcting her message to speak to the conservative females she used to write books for. It's a 'back to basics" campaign to reboot to simpler times and basic decency. She paints it as an effort to reconnect with Caleb and those spicy boys of his ilk.

Or, she joins the View. I see this as the most likely scenario. She is a bestselling author with a Sherri connection.

She cannot possibly maintain this relentless schedule of shilling and perpetual public displays of outrage. She's now 50 and not in the best shape of her life (or, at least she hasn't created a Me Course-yet-about staying fit over 50) and she has seemingly uncontrolled high BP and an absent boyfriend.
