I sort of think they needed to convict someone for that.
Or did they have proof she was involved in the attack?
It was conspiracy not murder. Perhaps you can get the Innocence Project interested?
Ok I see. I wonder what evidence they had to support that she conspired with him. I think they will appeal that.
They will appeal everything. In the meantime if she wants to be out on bail, she needs 6mil

This was a miscarriage of justice. Jury nullification.
If Michelle truly didn't know what was going on that day as she rode in the truck while Fotis dumped bags of bloody clothing and helped clean the truck, then she must have a very low IQ. And women who are truly kind and loving don't move with a young daughter into the home of a family of 5 young kids whose parents are going through a contentuous divorce.
Did you watch dateline last night? She had a whole *super* detailed timeline of the day, all the things she did yet forgot to note when she was driving around dumping trash and body parts all over CT that same day!

Wrong.
Jury nullification is when a jury returns a NOT GUILTY verdict despite being convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant is GUILTY.
If there is probable cause to bring charges, if a court has determined after the state presents its case in chief that the state has met the minimum burden under the law as set forth in the charging documents, then a guilty verdict from the jury is not a miscarriage of justice.
How were her rights violated by police? What exculpatory evidence was suppressed by the state?
It's a miscarriage of justice that the puke Fotis got off by suicide - he should be rotting in prison for a very, very long time.

I think she is guilty, but I’m not sure the evidence proved it. Or at least, I think she knew what she was doing when she was getting rid of the evidence: but I don’t think she had anything to do with the planning of the murder.
+1 Those are my thoughts as well.
