I am sure he doesn't want to pay Lauren if they divorce, but I suspect there was very little drama in his first divorce. He looked terrible when it all came out. He was paying to clear his conscience (and honestly, he made all that money during the marriage).
This^. He made money after first marriage and his ex was primary parent of his children and there was no prenup. Lauren just walked in and can't have children with him, there is going to be a tight prenup but he has enough money to be very generous in that prenup.

If I was her I'd settle for about $20 million in the pre nup. A small enough amount that he won't blink an eye but enough to live comfortably for the rest of her life. No, not in Bezos style but good enough.
