Woah, the DOJ Attorney representing the prosecution is throwing Barr under the bus. Refuses to dispute the original sentencing memo and claims they are not withdrawing.

Judge Jackson says on Roger Stone's obstruction of justice "this is intolerable to the administration of justice and the court should not sit idly by, shrug its shoulders and say well that is just Roger being Roger."

Jackson says the House Intelligence Committee's Russia probe was stymied because of Stone. His obstruction, she says, "led to an inaccurate, incomplete and incorrect report."

That is quite an indictment of Devin Nunes.

Judge Jackson seems to be finding that each of the sentencing enhancements apply. Although she started the hearing with

ABJ dings people "who woke up last week and became persuaded that the guidelines are too harsh".

DOJ seems to know Stone is going to get a pardon, so there is no reason not to be heavy handed here.

What a waste. There was no reason for Barr to intervene and thus for the 4 attorneys to resign from the case.

Crabb appears to be defying Barr in asking Judge Berman-Jackson to apply the enhanced guidelines because of the threats made to Credico.

Bill Barr forgot to withdraw the original Stone sentencing memo!
