Can you link to a long list of politicians who suggested it was male prostitution?
Can you link to national news stories pushing one (false) narrative while PLAYING THE CONTRADICTORY VIDEO?
Can you explain how a politically motivated stranger breaking into your house with a weapon because you are married to a politican is the same as an ongoing dispute between neighbors that crossed the line into violence?
I don't disagree with you - the Rand Paul attack was brutal and people mocking him is ahole behavior. Nevertheless I am not sure the two situations are exaatcly comparable. And a few jerks being mean is not the same as freaking Fox News - or any other national broadcast corp - trying to frame the victime despite clear contradictory evidence.
Both crappy but not the same.

Yes I did, that’s why I posted it. Even Fox News hosts and Mark Levin have given up lying about this incident and yet people on this thread persist.
Except NO ONE is "persisting" - what are you even talking about?
There are still people here saying Pelosi’s reactions were weird, that the 911 call wasn’t normal and on and on.
They are allowed to make those observations. Maybe you need to stop taking it so personally?
I’m not taking it personally. It’s just amazing when even these cretins get it and there are still people here who don’t.

Was wrong about this.
This was clearly attempted murder by a crazy guy. Video should’ve been released within days of it happening to dispel all the appearance of conspiracy.
Also, the 911 call taker needs to be fired. Unforgivably horrible job on her part.
Hope Mr Pelosi recovers fully. He’s lucky to be alive.
surely you know there is a reason the law works slowly. they absolutely have to get it right. maybe people need to learn how to be patient, reasonable citizens, not children who need instant gratification.
The video has absolutely nothing to do with how slowly the wheels of the courts turn. The video is the video. It doesn’t change a thing.
well... I hope someday you find yourself in the position where the police have a video of you and rush it out without careful procedures.
If I ever find myself in that position, I hope so to. Then there will be no rumors or speculation about whatever happened.
since you seem quite childish, I imagine there will be lots of rumors. Everybody knows not to jump to conclusions when these things happen, except you. only children listen to rumors or speculation after things like this.
DP. Wow. So you didn’t just “rush to conclusions” after the substation attack in NC? How about when Rand Paul was attacked? Steele dossier/pee pee tape? Kavanaugh allegations? Covington Catholic boy? Dobbs leak? And so so many more instances. Get off your high and mighty horse and spare us all your sanctimony.
How are any of these remotely the same as the husband of the Speaker of the House suffering a home invasion by a fringe loon, then near-murder with a hammer, followed by partisans spewing total made-up lies to attempt to displace blame? I think the only reasonable comparison would be if the man who shot Scalise had been theorized by prominent lefties to actually be his jealous ex-lover rather than someone with political motives.
I also seem to remember the nutjob who stopped short of murdering Kavanaugh - that whole situation was pooh-poohed by the usual Dems on this forum, completely dismissed as nothing. While he did not actually harm Kavanaugh, the intent was clear - he actually admitted his plans and was caught with weapons on him. But how did the left react? "Oh, who cares. He didn't actually go through with it. No biggie." I mean, are you people really this clueless or are you just excellent at playing dumb? Regardless - not a good look. So you can shut up about the same kind of reactions from the right. You do it yourselves, pretty much on the daily.
DP
Which elected Democratic politicians cracked jokes about Kavanaugh’s would be assault? And made innuendos that it was Kavanaugh’s lover?
Crickets.
Meanwhile…

I found it odd that he didn’t just say YES when the operator asked if he needed assistance. Was he on speaker phone?

Clearly Depape could hear what the operator was saying because when she asked Pelosi what the man's name was Depape answered and said his name was David.
