Since we now know the key is Kate’s second wedding, it will either turn out that Sophie and her husband are separated/divorced, or there is someone new there who ends up being the one for Kevin. My money’s on Sophie but it’s stupid writing, when they could have simply kept her single and unwilling to go near Kevin with a 10 foot pole after her hurt her so badly 2x.

+1 she’s just so awful, literally cares not one whit about her husband’s happiness but expects him to do whatever is necessary to financially support their family while she picks him apart at every turn. She’s always been the least likeable Pearson, now I’m disgusted by her. And Philip is nothing more than a walking plot device.

The show was great at the beginning but is awful now. Don’t bother starting it.

I have not read the 72 pages of this thread and have never watched this show. Is it as good as the hype?

As someone who struggled with weight loss, I can’t stand how they’re trying to normalize Kate’s size.

The quickly fast forwarding in this episode annoyed me. We’ve been moving at the same pace (save flashbacks and forwards) the entire show and now we’re suddenly 5-6 years in the future with the wedding. We have no insight into the development of Kate and Philips relationship. They’re trying to wrap up the show but I was not happy with the last episode

I think Chrissy Metz is a wonderful actress who can convey so much though facial expressions. But enough already with her. Too much time is being devoted to her and Toby’s breakup, and then the wedding next week.

I want more of musician Jack’s story and maybe young adult Hailey!

I'm annoyed so much time is being devoted to Kate. I enjoyed last night's episode but even next week is at her wedding. I hope they barely have her in it next week.
