I would love for this to end up as their happily ever after!
if it does actually work out, I will eat my words, but...I remain VERY skeptical
+1. I’m not sure what the expiration date is precisely but this relationship does have one. If they were going to make it work this time, they needed to come at it from a different place than they did last time. But the bed hopping, showing off of jewelry, and performative PDA make me think they haven’t necessarily matured and may not actually be much wiser between them than they were during their last attempt.
I do think the relentless tabloid culture of the first time they were together contributed to their breakup. The tabloid landscape has changed quite a bit and they are both powerful and savvy enough to take control of the narrative this time.
I wonder why they didn't date secretly for a while before going public. This doesn't make either of them good. Even if it is an unhealthy rebound I'd want to keep it quiet for a while. Are they trying to make their ex's jealous?Anonymous wrote:I don't know if I would call it bed-hopping, BUT from the outside, it does not seem a healthy start to or ongoing relationship.
She ended a long-term engagement to a serial cheater. Within a matter of weeks, she was "dating" a cheating addict ex-fiance.
It seems like an unhealthy rebound to me, not a long term thing.

connect the dots yourself
actor leaves perfectly good wife (Aniston) for sexy younger model who is reputedly wild in the sack and wears the blood of her lovers around her neck
sexy younger model squeezes out a few babies then has her ovaries, uterus and breasts removed surgically, and goes into instant menopause and is no longer sexy younger model but actual human woman.
actor increased his drinking and their sex life dies.

SO romantic!

Marriage was a bandaid on a gaping wound. Of course they stayed together too long.
But I blame him. Nothing to do with that fight on the plane and everything to do with her anti-cancer surgeries.
and you know all this how? do you know them personally?

I'm right there with you. I wish her well and have no reason to do otherwise but it does seem like she's looking for something that she doesn't find.. or it doesn't last.
Whenever I think a couple isn’t going to last, they end up staying together for a few years, and then when I’m at the point where I’m like, “aww, they really did make it,” they break up. See: Tom and Katie, Brad and Angelina

Well sure Matt supported Ben and Ana as they frolicked on the same beach exactly one year ago. No woman should ever count on Ben Affleck for anything beyond a hot one-year-long affair. You know, like last time.
