Say whatever you like about Cobbs as a person, she is unable to attract and more importantly keep neighborhood kids at LT. Whatever the reason, this is a critical failure of leadership. When coupled with unsubstantiated suspicions about cheating and attendance by Ward 9 residents, a change is stongly indicated, no matter what the academic metrics might show, particularly given that it eventually impacts enrollment at SH.

But someone somewhere decided to assume it was a white/black war and make it about RACE.
Maybe it was about people with brown eyes

Maybe it was about elementary school principals
Maybe it was about being a member of a Pentacostal church

I'm just not comfortable repeating as fact something asserted by one poster on an anonymous message board. (It may well have been witnessed by four dozen parents, but as far as I can tell, only one has spoken up here. But I freely admit I can't keep track of who is who and how many are participating in this conversation.)
