Hopefully her ex received full custody.

They need text messages or verbal admission that she knew she was helping in the cover-up of a murder. And even if Folis Dulos did provide some information to the police, (1) he's dead by his own hand so that already makes him look guilty AF and (2) he would have every incentive to lie to try to improve his deal with the state.

She's going to walk and get on the next plane to South America.

In other words, she's not very bright and thought nothing of dropping of 30 bags in random trash receptacles 75 miles away and thought nothing of helping clean up the truck? Wow.

The prosecutors need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she knew the purpose of his actions. Here's an article about the evidence shown at the trial this week: https://www.ctpost.com/news/article/michelle-troconis-trial-jennifer-dulos-blood-trash-18623560.php

It's clear that the "trash bags" were just small black bags each with one or two pieces of evidence in it mixed along with other trash like food wrappers. We are not talking about hauling around 30 large kitchen bags full of trash.

For example, they said they found Traconis's DNA on one of the bags. Her attorney will be easily able to explain that way by stating that Fotis Dulos - her boyfriend - unknowingly transferred her DNA. Same way they found the LISK killer - his innocent wife's DNA was on the belt that was used to restrain a body.

I'm not saying she's innocent. But it's pretty clear to me that the prosecutors have not yet proven their case against her. They are trying to use circumstantial evidence to build a case against her, but right now I am doubting they will get a unanimous verdict.

PP here. I've been reading and watching a lot about this case but do appreciate your sharing this info. Nothing about her actions suggests innocence to me: prior to the murder (moving into the Dulos home with her young daughter when the Dulos divorce was in process and there were 5 young Dulos kids) plus lying to the police, helping Fotis clean the truck, not including Hartford trip 75 miles away to dispose of "construction bags" in their "timelines" of that day, expressing no sympathy to Jennifer's family, and walking in and out of court with her family smiling and chatting. If I were on the jury, I would convict.

Yes to all of this. The woman is a dirtbag and a liar. Total lack of a moral compass and guilty for what she is charged with, just like now-dead-as-a-doornail Fotis.

She didn't move the body or participate in the murder. She claims that she didn't move the bags of evidence, only that she accompanied Dulos while he disposed of the bags under the guise that he was illegally dumping construction trash.

Hopefully they can prove “Accessory after the Fact.” It’s pretty broad.

Troconis is going to claim ignorance because she wasn't there when it happened. The evidence shows what happened. Dulos was attacked in her garage after dropping the kids off at school. Troconis doesn't know where the body is, only that she helped dispose of bags of evidence. Of course she should face charges for her part in the clean up, but there is no revelation that will come from any of this.

"Clean up" = cover up

Will you people TRY to refrain from always commenting on women's appearance!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is not the primary reason we exist. Nor are such compliments what we live for.

Especially given the context, just try to see past it PLEASE.

Do you know you replied to a 4.5-year-old post? Try to pay attention.
