Kansas attempted this in 2011 and had to roll it back because it ended up being a huge disaster.

Can you name a single fraudulent vote cast that the SAVE Act would have prevented?

Because there isn't a single elected GOP who has been asked this question who has been able to answer it.


No, the act is foolish voter suppression.

But, the constitution give states the right to manage their own elections. So if Florida wants to add this to their list of legislative victories, having lost the good fight on first cousins marrying, then I see no problem, letting them. It will likely not survive challenge in court.
