Anonymous wrote:Yes, that's been stated now 9 times. I think we got it.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:In fairness, 24 players have played 12 or more games at NW, most more than that, and 7 played 8 games or more beyond that, including the backup goalie. the last 3 played 6-7 games, 2 were a walk on goalie and a starter out for the year injured after 6 games. If you want to see the field some, NW is the place.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Big game this weekend between MndDC and HG. Ha! Next Level will get boat raced
Stop by and say hi at the race on your way out. Join the funeral as the brand dies.
HG is big girl real lacrosse. Not the pay someone a bunch of money to train my daughter to be good DMV nonsense.
Hero's has no players on the rosters of the top three D1 teams that will vie for the national championship.
Capital has three players on these teams. One starts for BC, another has played in 12 games this year at Northwestern (as a sophomore).
There are no M&D or Hero’s players on Northwestern.
M&D DC DOES cost apporx 4k for my daughter. I am not seeing the ROI with mediocre coaching.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:free for everyone b/c they charge 4k a year, way more than other clubs.Anonymous wrote:Yes it’s posted, same day as Capital and free registration for everyone.
M&D (including M&D DC) costs $4k a year?
M&D does not cost $4,000 a year.
Not at all involved with M&D in the least. I did misread the PPs post, who and what he/she was replying to. So mea culpa there. When anyone goes with pal (could've corrected me and said we were actually in agreement), generally in 2025 internet world, it's an eye for an eye love tap. So a nothingburger compared to the typical motivations on this thread.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:You meant to say top 15, and we're not pals.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:They were #10 2 years ago, and 15 last year, but nice try. The 29 NL team was top 25 for two years before those other girls showed up. They didn’t just merge together on accident however the combination, like what has happened when the girls go to Capital in HS, has been an early indicator of the future potential of the 29 girls in the area.
Your point with the other age groups is accurate and the organization won’t be able to survive off of the succes of one team. Especially with the growth of club programs in the Bethesda area.
If anyone cares about the brand going forward (and I'd assume M&D does), they will of course need to shore up other ages. THAT's why the tryouts are important in July and "the most antiipated ever" in someone's words. Not for the 29s. You guys got to up your troll game.
Hence the top 25 comment, easy pal.
That answers the parent culture at DC, thank you.

Best example of acolytes I've seen since Jim Jones. 8th graders. And you misspelled parents plural. Anyone wading into that culture if they did a smidge of homework deserves it.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:You forgot that they won’t have that ranking after the summer. Why would anyone want to be on a team with a parent like this?
So much hate for a group of hard working 8th grade girls you pray your daughter plays with next season. You keep telling them to go to Capital and then show the culture they would be joining.
