Enjoy GAL! No one in ecnl is worried about the scheduling.

10%, 15%, 20%?
Really curious to know if te directors plan on actually earning their salaries or will they continue to phone it in?
Any help is greatly appreciated. TIA!
As long as people are paying for the product, it's not really in your control or really concern. We don't play for Loudoun, but if my kid's team win's 20% of his games I'm fine with that - as long as they are mostly competitive games and he continues to grow as a player and person while enjoying it. Maybe your Focker family is planning on creating an eternal trophy room for all of Gaylord's minor youth accomplishments. We're not.
I think PP was trying to investigate the reasons an underperforming and ethically questionable club still exists despite the competitive and fierce nature of the NoVa clientele.

However, makes more sense to send out the fixtures by 7/30 and give the teams until 8/15 to get the times and fields sorted out. This would easily allow for a 9/1 posting on the website.
I wouldn't discredit the college coach's desire to see the schedule. Anyone who understands recruiting knows that you may have primary interest in a certain kid but stop by another field of a team / kid for which there is marginal interest - only to find out that's where your real interest lies or stumble upon another player on nobody's radar. Some of you parents are in this for the prospect of having your kid play at the next level - I'd advocate for any way possible for a coach to see a kid if he/she chooses - no matter how that comes about.
I also don’t understand the defensiveness of posters about an item that every other league has solved. It is just odd. Why not expect better or different? Saying the league doesn’t really have any control over the dates doesn’t really make any sense - do other leagues have that control? In my experience, that is true of other leagues too.

ECNL-R are out:
https://www.vapremierleague.com/schedules
And ECNL families know their schedules.
New Poster here....my kid is on an Arlington ECNL team and we do not know location and times of games. We know the location and time of this weekend's game. Otherwise, we only know the date, home or away, and the opponent for future games. We don't even know the location and time of next weekend's game yet.
And those are issues that are worked out between the clubs. ECNL provides the fixture dates and then leave it up to the clubs to sort out the field and times on their own. ECNL is waiting on your club as well as the other clubs to send the schedule to them.
This is the part that people do not understand, ECNL does not dictate times and locations. They only dictate home/away and fixture dates. If your and the other clubs do not provide the final bit of information then they can't publish the finalized schedule.
It seems like ECNL would rather put it up complete rather than put up place holders with TBD attached.
Any this makes sense. Your response was much better than the person(s) saying that ECNL families have their schedules....because they don't. Maybe some do, but not all.
