No, you lose parental rights when you're arrested for murder. The only reason she's not in prison is because of the husband and his family so really I don't see why she's playing with fire and antagonizing him.

She just doesn’t look like a druggie or murderer. She is wearing decent clothing, has young children, and looks very decent. Can’t you see the difference between her and some murderer or crack druggist? I mean if you can’t tell the difference, then I don’t know what to tell you

Normally I would be of that mindset. Except too much is unknown. How do we know the husband didn’t set her up? Sounds like his family owned everything.
