Someone I know at TC swears Ignacio isn’t running. Has anyone found official candidacy announcements or paperwork?
Can the person who reported that she was at/declared at an event for Patrick "I smashed my girlfriend's face into a metal trash can in front of witnesses" Moran weigh in? Otherwise we'll just have to find out after June 8th when the paperwork is due.
She’s running. She’s retiring at the end of the school year and running primarily on a “bring back SROs” platform with some MAGA thrown in for good measure.
This is a platform we should ALL be behind for the middle schools and high schools.

I’ve never seen Bridget post on there and always found her to be very responsive and approachable in another group she manages (Buy Nothing). I would consider supporting her, but still just learning about these candidates and starting to research. This election isn’t partisan so no primary, right? I do thing change is desperately needed and ACPS school board didn’t hold Hutchings/leadership accountable this year.

I think Willie Bailey is a firefighter and former city council person (who lost in the 2018 primary but to me did a good job).

Are you serious? She’s the epitome of ACPS dead weight. She got promoted to #2 or 3 in the district then busted back to AP because she’s so incompetent.
She currently works for ACPS? How is that not a conflict of interest?
If she and Johnson are running, Hutchings/Central office must be worried about losing their control over the SB.
