I do think, being an average height woman, that men prefer short girls.
And I think:
1. This woman’s brothers are A-holes; and
2. You are no friend.
I would love to get in touch with this woman yo be able to help her understand that her life is filled with underminers, and she will have zero problems finding good men if she drops the idiots like you.
LOL I lied and told her that it had nothing to do with it and that her brothers were wrong. But in my anecdotal observation, it's the truth. Of course in person I am very supportive and tell her not to believe them. But here on the anonymous message board... the truth comes out.
In your world, you and her brothers think women like Nicole Kidman, Heidi Klum, and Elin Nordegren are too tall?? Absurd!!
That's their preference, and from what I've seen, all my tall friends have had serious issues getting and maintaining romantic relationships. My short friends seem to draw them like magnets and practically have to fight men off. Again, why you're so obsessed and preoccupied by their observations is really strange.
DP and the issue with their observations is that they shared them with their sister in a very hurtful way. That’s not the act of a loving, caring brother and if you see no issue with that then you are not a good friend to this woman. My brothers would never have been unkind to me in this way - not beyond 6th grade, anyway.

Anonymous wrote:I’m a short woman (5’ 0) and my husband is 6’ 4”. I don’t know that height was a factor for either of us as we dated and fell in love. That said, other people comment on it all the time and I think for some people height matters but that cuts both ways for short and tall people, alike.
Back to the picture of Nicole Kidman and team; they’re all beautiful but it is jarring to see how petite Reese Witherspoon and Zoe Kravitz are in comparison to Woodley and Kidman. On screen they are all shot to seem pretty much the same height.

Haha! I’m 5’9” and so are two of my best friends, we’re all happily married and have never had issues finding dates. My 6’4” husband doesn’t care for short women and especially hates having to bend down to talk to shorter people. Everyone has their own taste, there’s no universal hottest/best look. Why do we women insist on cutting each other down? All the women in this picture look gorgeous to me.

It's tough for lesbians too. My best friend is over six feet but she's not "butch" and she hasn't dated in twenty years. Most women aren't anywhere near her height and it just doesn't work.

You all sound like you're in middle school. None of you are hotter than supermodels. None of you are hotter than short actresses. Calm down.
Spoken like someone who's never seen these people in real life! Trust me, theyre not that great looking.
Alright then. Continue your silly fight.
