Yes, we are horrified. I am sure the Mayor is going to "count" all the people vaccinated in MD and VA as going towards her self-pat on the back, but we see it.

FFS - b/c they work in Maryland. There are many DC residents who work in Maryland. DC made appointments available to Marylanders who work in DC.
