Why does it say it is for 2020-2021 when it is for 2021-2022? Ugh they are so incompetent.
Where does it say 2020-2021? It seems like you are the one so incompetent.

Thanks for the link! That was a truly awful survey. They asked the same thing twice, and the second time it was labeled “Option A/B” in the question but “Option 1/2” in the drop down response. I am a little bit embarrassed for whoever put that out there. But still glad to weigh in.
Agreed
I would prefer the innovative calendar, but it looks like it will only be at two elementary schools? Are they piloting it there? I'm able to click on the innovative calendar survey but why send it to everyone if it only affects those two schools?

There’s just more benefits:
-Less summer slide
- More frequent breaks which is helpful to both students and teachers
- More time for teaching planning in the year.
Heck, at this point I’d be okay with a half day each month to allow teachers to better plan and provide support to students.
I love having labor day for family time.
You still get the 3-day weekend regardless of when school starts.
It’ll actually be a 4-day weekend this year because of the Jewish holiday.
Exactly. And HS students in AP classes get more prep time.
AP exams are in May. Would kids be studying for AP exams during Labor day?
