Everybody already knows whose good on the other teams and actively recruits (I've received out-of-the-blue emails for one of my boys having never spoken with the team/coach) so not an issue here. If anything it strengthens the relationship to the current team by letting them play with other all-stars.

Comparing Hawks to the DC teams is not valid because AA county has fewer teams competing for talent. That is one reason (along with the 14-15 year old "seventh graders") why Hawks are so good.
NextLevel is better than you may think relative to BLC and VLC. All three teams will make contribution to Black Ops.
True that MadLax 2027 has some older kids - some are too old even for the U13 monument team!
True that Monument tryout is a money grab - 2026 Capital kids paid $75 for the privilege of beating out DMV players and 2027's for a spot on their own team. Kudos to Madlax for pulling that off.
And true that players outside of BLC/VLC/NL might make Black Ops, but they will need to over-justify their roster spot.
