Imagine how much this GAL parent will hate ECNL in the coming years as more good GAL players say “I think I want to play ECNL”

Maybe I'm not fully understanding your stat there on the scores......but in ECNL currently (due to COVID-19), NOVA teams are only playing against other NOVA teams this fall. There's no way that NOVA teams could've lost "12 out of 19" games against themselves......

The facts are clear, NOVA clubs are disproportionately represented in games with a GD of -4 or greater. And NOVA clubs have yet to play NC Clubs who are responsible for the largest differentials.

Correct. All NOVA teams combined will be exactly .500 at the end of the fall season by definition, with an equal number of wins and losses across the groups, with some additional amount of ties.
