Richmond and McLean seem to be the only clubs that will be able to compete against them. Does anyone know if those clubs were as strong before moving to DA? Also, how many playoff slots will MA receive. In the past it was three. I don't imagine that adding two additional teams will warrant a 4th.

This is all true but has nothing to do with the sub-thread about privilege and how it’s wrong to pay for your kid to play ECNL or GA if that’s what they want and you have the means and worked hard to acquire those means. Kind of like eating fatty food, speeding, borrowing your neighbor’s Netflix login, spending too much time on your smart phone, and worrying too much about other kids and other parents and their decisions and life choice instead of focusing on your own.

This is true. If your kid is happy on whatever level team then let it go. If you are pushing your child to be on GA or ECNl and they are bench players then you are not helping them. These kids are stressed out from their parents and not the coaches. If you are riding home from a game complaining about the coach or criticizing kids from your same team then you are on a bridge too far.
