Something like that would be more likely - a millionaire actress from good waspy stock. Or at least a very attractive 20-something reporter. But both hideous and lower born? I don't see it. I don't see it, in general, because from what you can read, he seems like a homebody. Hannity is the one who was photographed at parties and in the Hamptons and in Florida without his wife.
