What? No. The rest of the state is completing phase 1 and they have not had pools open. As they move into phase 2 pools can open at 25%. MoCo is now moving into phase 1 which is the same no pool thing the rest of the state had.

So, no, the pandemic isn't over. It won't be for a very long time. It's horrible in many ways for many people, but "stay at home" literally cannot continue indefinitely for myriad reasons.

Please do not visit your parents in person if that is your attitude and practice. People need to realize that if they take the risk to go out more, they need to choose not to see elderly people or people with underlying conditions.
