He's currently in 3rd place, behind Harris and Dasgupta.

I will vote for Jay Guan. He has engineer background. We need this type of BOE member and not politicians

There are no incumbents running for the at large seat. It is 13 newbies. Also, in case you haven't noticed, our country needs more diversity right now.
