Blackboard should have pushed FCPS to make upgrades over the last 4 weeks though... they tried to blame FCPS for putting off the upgrades but there's a difference in an upgrade over the summer vs. every student is expecting to be online every day.
And the lack of load testing was a joke.

It has been a roller coaster for them, some are learning how to use Google Classroom (waiting for BB) and others, taking classes and how to use Blackboard. I feel terrible for the seasoned/older teachers who are having a terrible time learning all this "new" technology.
The stress level is ridiculous. All they do is wait to be told what to do with zero input.
These people talking have never put a foot in a classroom!
