I feel a little sorry for them that it seems like they’re having some issues with the email. I do appreciate them not being too delayed with the notifications given the pandemic.

It was sent to whatever email that was included on the packet. DH had listed his email, we did a parent referral even though DS was in pool. The email was sent to that account. I am not sure what email it would have been sent to otherwise, I am assuming the ones tied to his Blackboard account?
We had requested the packet so I checked that and told DH to check his email.
