Turkish-Style Beef and Eggplant Stew from Real Simple
Made it in Instant Pot. There was more sauce than I expected, but it was delicious.

Where can I get curry leaves? I never seem to be able to find them!

Awesome idea!

We are doing something similar. Also doing a "tour" using google maps street view, projected on to our TV.

Any tips on grilling bone in chicken thighs? My husband always burns them so I have been researching all day. We usually get boneless meat but the big 5 pound bag of Swanson thighs was what was available at the store this week. Thanks in advance!

I posted this a couple of weeks ago and I’ve now made it twice more. My kids, preschool-high school, say it’s their new favorite pasta dish. These are kids who usually push back on anything that looks too “interesting” so I have no idea why it spoke to them initially but I’m not complaining.

If you're into the sourdough thing, I've made this 3 weeks in a row and it's pretty solid.

Made these today w/out nuts and they were killer. Had to bake an extra 5 min. though w/marshmallows on top.

We had buffalo chicken dip for dinner (shredded cooked chicken, cream cheese & Franks red hot sauce). Teen’s request. Can be eaten with chips, tortilla, carrots, celery, or wrapped in lettuce. A family favorite.

I have a copycat recipe for Morton's Chicken Christopher. It's decadent, but delicious!

Good! The family really liked them. I made 10 buns instead of 8 since reviewers said that they are huge and I think next time I will make 12!

I'm boiling sauerkraut, barley and pork slices into a stew. Will boil some potatoes later to go with it. I don't expect many people to like it but I do. Grew up eating lots of root vegetables, cabbage, and pork.

Did Nigella's salt & vinegar potatoes last night. They were a hit.
