Because it calls you out on your delusional elitism?
Kentlands does not have big yards. It's a planned community where many back yards are driveways to garages. There is one section that has slightly larger lots. I would not say big yards, the houses are big on those lots taking away from yard play. Lot's of garages behind homes.
A lot of Kentlands is made up of town houses or houses on zero lot lines. There are condo's , apartments, senior living as well.
As for schools they are medicore. Not bad, depends on your family and how your family handles education.
You are so condescending. It’s unbelievable. The schools are no worse than the others in MoCo. Everything is planned in this area.
You can be delusional about it if you want to, but it won’t change the reality.
There is nothing bad about being a planned community, I can’t understand why this bothers you so much. Kentlands is the most planned community I have ever seen in my life. The sidewalks and fences and regulations are clearly being enforced by an active HOA. That’s part of what makes it unique and walkable and so pretty. But know what you’re getting into.
And no - the majority of the Kentlands don’t have big yards.

Nobody talking about Gaithersburg real estate is “elitist”.
It’s just annoying that you keep repeating yourself.

Just...no!
Why no?
Why would you?
The houses are overpriced. It was actually ranked #3 in the nation for overpriced houses.
The roads are horrible ... 4 people have died walking in that area in The past 4 months.
The people are snobby. Little to no green m space. Congested streets even on the weekends.
I live there and I love it! The neighborhood off Cheshire Drive? I have not heard of any pedestrian deaths in my neighborhood- link? No one is snobby at all that I know. Are you sure you are thinking of the right neighborhood?
Well that’s typical that you don’t know about the multiple deaths Of beloved children in your community.
Google it. I’m not your secretary,
I googled. Nothing. You sound like an awful person, BTW. I'm glad you don't live in my neighborhood.
