So everyone complaining they "changed the calendar" you are creating a false narrative. The full calendar was not released and changed only the start date.
Huh? They published a start date and then changed it. How is that not the literal definition of having "changed the calendar"? That is quite literally what those words mean!!! Unless you feel the start date isn't material to the calendar? You fundamentally misunderstand what a "false narrative" is. This is neither a story nor false. It is a simple fact; start date published, start date changed after having been published.
P.S. Are you an ITS Board member or staffer?

The Wednesday half day situation is NOT every Wednesday. It seems like some people are talking as if this would be EVERY Wednesday. The school administration has said these would be once a month. The school said it is working on after care coverage -- including looking at no-cost options. This is 5-6 months away.
Additionally, the school administration is busy with contingency planning right now related to the coronavirus.
They only made concessions after getting pushback. Their first move was to dump a big hassle on us and say they can't make any promises about aftercare. Not very nice. This school is premised on the assumption that everyone has plenty of time and money for childcare.

It seems you are blaming the IFA for not convincing the administration to do what you want it to do, even though Martha does not have the power to overrule the administration, nor is your opinion universally held by other parents.
The administration has said that aftercare will be provided. Our aftercare provider, the Y, does a fine job. It covers teacher work days and school breaks and its fees are extremely reasonable.
Not donating to the IFA only hurts your children, who benefit greatly from its community-building efforts.
