I think the Mad Men connection popped into my head because that actor just won a Golden Globe the other night for his role in Chernobyl. (He was outstanding, as was that miniseries.)

Emerson, Greer, Marin, or Quinn if you want gender neutral.

But if you would consider a name that is more likely female, I would do a name ending with an "a." Eliza, Thea, Mira, Mia, etc.
