I've met Conan. He's fun, sure. The 2010 pity party tour really soured me on him, though.

found him so incredibly annoying. It was really kind of disappointing. I have a feeling most celebrities would be a huge letdown in real life.
I'm PP you replied to. I met a lot of celebrities working in the music industry through the 90s and 00s (a few of them I met backstage at Conan's show, actually, when the bands I worked for were on). I always liked Andy Richter. He would come into the dressing room and eat the band snacks, watch the TV, shoot the breeze- like you had invited him over for the afternoon. Lovely guy. I liked him way more than Conan. Max Weinberg was always super nice, too.
