Then there are some kids who are smart enough and have their parents keeping it together for them but it presents as if the kid is doing it. These are the parents who get upset by the first group. They are more mad that their own efforts didn’t get the result they feel they deserved and they know their kid is just not quite in the same league as the first group.
Then a few tiers down their are parents like me who are just going to be happy their child gets into a basic state school.
