I'm a D so no need to get all testy. I hope it is blue but the reality is that there is a lot of red in VA. You would be arrogant to think you have it sewn up. It isn't as purple as NC but it is not bright blue.

Yep. I realize VA is purple/blue, but there are definitely lots of Trump supporters here. We live in FxCo.

Not advertising our political affiliation doesn’t make us “closeted,” it makes us private. Trump voters - and Republicans in general - don’t feel the need to pontificate and lecture others, the way liberals so clearly do.

Original PP here. I didn't actually get much of a tax break. I have high SALT amounts, which off-set the reduction in marginal rate. Part of me really wants to experience the ability to cheer loudly for Trump without fear of physical harm.

DP. No one has failed to include us in the neighborhood block parties. Maybe because many of our neighbors are also Republicans and/or Trump voters and are also decent people who get along with everyone without letting politics get in the way of friendships.
