She’s always tried to sneak color in. It suits her.
I kind of love this one.
At first glance I loved it, even though I don’t do bold patterns personally. But what in the world is going on at the waist?? Is it supposed to be a two piece outfit and she wore a netted/chiffon slip under it? Or is it made like that? Either way, whatever is going on in the middle ruins an otherwise good look for her.

I can totally see myself buying something like this from Nordstrom and thinking "Oh, they will be so cool and light and breezy walking around Italy" and they looked really cute in my room at home with the mirror. After sitting around a hot outdoor cafe, having a plate of pasta, a pastry and maybe even some gelato, and sweating a bunch, I realize that the linen pants that fit fine in my room are now a wrinkled, binding mess. And I think "Why did I buy these? Why?" I never buy linen pants anymore, after spending a summer in a NY heat wave with a pair of "splurge" linen pants that I loved in the store and looked like hot sh--t whenever I wore them for more than 5 minutes.

This is a good look for her.
That’s four years and at least 20 pounds ago.
I really liked her style as First Lady much better!
+1
Michelle's FLOTUS clothes were awesome and appropriate, more than can be said of certain others.
You mean what she is wearing these days as a millionaire socialite?

Living their best life in Italy!
You know what? You may laugh but this still seems like a happy couple having a good time and looking foxy and fine while doing it. Yeah, Michelle's gained a little weight in the last few years. It's been a hard few years for us all.

I mean what former First Lady was a socialite after office? Jackie Kennedy is the only one I can think of. And she didn’t seek limelight.
