So, the alternative would have been to not try to get a few more students to avoid a teacher pay cut? Give them a break. They are damned if they do damned if they don't. No issue with trying to market the school. I am sure this board will have many posters with suggestions on how they could have done it better!

Perhaps not build up that ridiculously showy campus and then not be able to afford its upkeep? Oh wait, new money without sense IS the Bullis credo, after all!

I first saw that campus in the 80s. It was beautiful then, too.

Went there in the 80s. There’s no comparison to now.

Buyer beware.

How anyone is defending the football coach is beyond me.

Are you a student or a parent? I’m honestly not sure which reflects more poorly on the school community, but I am curious.

An alum who is tired of you folks shitting on the old alma mater.

+1 And the poster's writing skills are not exactly a testament to the school's academics.

This is trivial. Are we in 7th grade?

What are the "bad aspects" that you're actually willing to admit?

All this shade about the recruited athletes at Bullis, but all the athletes I know that went there also attended top colleges. For example, Damani Neal who’s a Duke football player. This young man ended up at a top ten school. I not sure if he was recruited by Bullis or got any aid while attending.

Point is that I haven’t heard about any athletes hanging nooses or starting any trouble. Even if they are recruiting athletes, if they are nice young men and women that Bullis is turning out why is that so much a problem?

PP just makes it obvious s/he has an axe to grind. Of course Bullis has bad aspects to it, as no school is perfect, but the above is unhinged.
