It’s on AEM now, as presented it’s a ridiculous overreach by Stamos. Unfortunately I don’t feel like I can trust information from the Dehghani-Tafti campaign to be accurate so who knows what the real story is.
This. A couple of vague tweets without additional context are hard to follow. However, if a kid didn’t share the images I have a huge problem with any sort of prosecution or school discipline for that matter. But, I will still vote for Stamos. I’m not a one issue voter on this. Parisa has zero prosecutorial experience. It is a big job that requires making a lot of decisions and doing something. Not going to vote for someone wiith no experience running on what they won’t do.

I don't like the overfocus on screens but that one poster is SO annoying that I'm coming around on screens.
I wish CCPTA would create a FB for verified PTA volunteers, where we could all share information and ideas again. Rule #1 would be no more posting of links to random articles. We can all google search and read on our own, thank you very much. It should be a site where PTA volunteers can post questions and solicit ideas. Parents who attend APS work sessions could post summaries of what happened for everyone else. And on issues where there is a clear consensus and a need for unified advocacy (i.e., the APS budget, capacity problems, etc.), we could come together to talk about how to influence the County Board most effectively. That's how AEM started out, but it has strayed SO FAR from that now.

Then, when asked directly, they say they "think" she prosecuted it b/c it became clear she wasn't the CA back then. When that was called out as false, as well, they still offer no apology or choose to remove the blatant falsehood.
So, the people accusing the GOP of spreading propaganda in AEM are responsible for promoting false information themselves. Color me surprised!
I'm a long-time Dem. and find myself feeling an instinct to vote against anyone the hijackers promote.
+1. I’m conflicted and turned off by their behavior. I’m all for not overcharging small crimes, refusing to prosecute marijuana possession, and restoring voting rights. But I hate the misrepresentations that seem to be made by Parisa and her supporters. I hate the hypocrisy of how they treated the police officer’s post on AEM and called for it to be removed after their constant campaigning. The claim that his post was overly emotional and “threatening” also seemed just like a BS way of shutting down people with opposing views. And ad hominem attacks on people are super pathetic — you should be able to defend your positions with logic and reasoning rather than pointing to where someone works. I don’t want to support those tactics.
