When a person pays $4-$5 dollars, they expect a decent cup of coffee. When parents pay $3-$4K to a club for season games and tournaments, they expect their kids to play on safe & decent soccer fields.

You do not need to label anyone. No one is defending Muldoons. You just have to deal with what you got if you are not able to change it.
I saw only half players of the team showed up for the game at Muldoon, that could be the way the parents deal with Muldoon.
