His wife is the head girls coach at PVI. Spill the tea.
There is no tea to spill. To my knowledge and based upon my experience, she is a great person and was not engaged in anything inappropriate.

I feel horrible about what I witnessed and wish I told the husband on a regular basis. If you are reading this, I apologize for my weakness.
Don't worry- the karma gods took care of him (spent $130,000 at PVI to get his kid into CNU).

If your kid is super talented and you have a financial hardship, I'd assume that he would be happy to work out an arrangement. Many parents who paid his fees look back and say it was well worth it. Along the way, hundreds of boys have gotten into good colleges with his help and the help of the guys he hires who coach on his staff. He has hundreds of former players who are fond of him and are glad that he was their coach. He is a super competitive guy. He wrote a few harsh emails, and the recipient decided to put them on Deadspin many years ago. I knew the parties involved and it did not surprise me that there was a conflict that got to that point--i.e., it takes two to tango, as they say. One consequence of that is that Cabell has been constantly haunted by an anonymous poster on this board who has it in for him and the Blackwolf guy. Personally, I did not always see eye to eye with Cabell, but am glad my son played for him and his guys for a good 7 or 8 years. My son is too. He runs a professional organization, especially in the youth sports industry. That pretty much sums up the "real story" on Maddux from a guy who knows him a lot better than whoever keeps trying to trash him.
Ummmh, I dunno. I met Cabell approximately 38 years ago and he was only ever an utter dickhead 24/7. Sounds like he never changed.

I meant morally corrupt.

That's $138k. You can get it for $20k less over 4 years if you're willing to fake that you're Catholic.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:If we are talking morally correct- James Cramp of CavLax/Crabs is a coach I witnessed destroying the families he was involved in (his own and the players trusted to him). PVI is less than 20k per year so no
faking catholic is a lot of work. most kids who attend are indeed catholic. they have a majority catholic student body:
Is it? My wife is Catholic and I'm pretty sure I could fake my way through if I needed to (other than having to drink from a cup that half the congregation has already drank from - that's a bridge too far).
