If the schools are racist then it’s makes a compelling argument that liberals and Democrats
have utterly failed us and it’s time to elect conservatives and Republicans to MoCo school and office holding positions.
R's would hire for profit prison corporations to run education camps.

Public education once taught through history, civics, and the classics how to avoid being tricked by demogogues, charlatans, and scallywags into supporting such totalitarian ideology. We failed though, now schools serve to indoctrinate into totalitarian groupthink.
To think MoCo who once had the wherewithal to name high schools after Einstein, Kennedy, Whitman, and Churchill is now producing students diametrically opposed to what those men stood for.

So, if teachers don't discipline Asian students because they believe them to be naturally reserved and lacking in personality, is that cause for concern?

Just picking this comment out to say that we're missing an important point in the cross-fire. You can't add the data on Asian students to "cancel out" the narrative here. The interesting thing is with the data is the difference in behavior + disciplinary decisions when you break the stats out by race. This shows some combination of differences in socio-economic background, behavior, and bias in the classroom. There can be bias toward minority students, Hispanic and Black and Asian, without all those biases being the same bias! People bring their stereotypes, cultural expectations, and prior experiences into situations. Throw in a little confirmation bias and viola!
We should look at the most glaring bias, that against boys. You can't actually think that boys behave differently than girls right? Or perhaps different groups actually do behave differently. Crime statistics once they leave school certainly support this view. I'm sure you think it's "bias all the way down" though.
