This thread is making me feel really lucky to be not sensitive to this kind of thing. Like I don’t want to watch people pick their noses but it’s not going to ruin my whole day or anything. Bodies are messy. I’m not that fragile.

The one that stands out was that time I was on the subway and a woman seated across from me was vigorously scratching her scalp. This went on for awhile and was gross enough, but then she made herself unforgettable by carefully eating the dander from underneath her fingernails.
