Does DRA play any role in all of this?

Received rejection letter today (Sat)
Parent referral from private school to middle school
GBRS 14
WISC-V was 132
I was shocked!
They completely ignore GBRS from private school. I'm not sure why you were shocked.
Wow how empathetic of you.
He also had great grades, recommendations and a good file ... well I guess not good enough.
Oh well.
Good luck to the rest of those waiting!!
But what is point to apply for middle school? He can register for any courses he wants, yes? What is the advantage of AAP designation in middle school?
You can appeal this year and apply every year. Also, in middle school there are AAP English, science, and social studies classes which are probably similar to honors but still different classes.
