Been to most of these places - but found grand cayman super expensive. We had a condo and I think most stay in hotels so we had to grocery shop - a gallon of milk was like $10

Norway and Switzerland

Turks and Caicos is insanely expensive. A meal that would cost you maybe $20-$30 here in America will easily be $80-$100 down there. And the hotel costs are ridiculous. Like laughable. Most expensive trip we ever took, hands down. And we've been to Switzerland!
