That's horrible. How old is she? This is nuts and she has a lot of anger issues.


She is 43 now and has always been a bit on the angry side. Tries to control people and micromanage and doesn't accept when they push back and set boundaries.


If she is still bitter and angry then I doubt she would ever improve from here. More relationships she is going to fail in, bitter she is going to be in.


yeah, women like this rarely improves so I am glad you ended with her.

I have a very good relationship with my ex-wife as well but stopped going out with her since she got remarried. Kids and I are happy and I always encourage them to buy or treat their mothers for important occasions.

No Op. but the important thing isn't *where*, it's that emotions are sooo high that it would happen anywhere

So odd. If it happened, the relationship is seriously so messed-up, it's not healthy and it's beyond repair.

Now, if someone wants to leave a party early, have two alternative ways home planned. That's reasonable. Not done in anger.
