Mine was a random chocolate cake at a random diner during a road trip. I usually don't like choclate cake because I don't like dry/crumbly cake but this one was so moist and amazing. I feel like it's so hard to find desserts that are excellent these days!
I just attended a birthday party in Pittsburgh yesterday where a Bethel Bakery Bakery cake was served. I'm from Pittsburgh. I love their icing, because it is not too sweet.Anonymous wrote:Bethel Bakery in Pittsburgh. I still dream about these cakes and it's been 20+ years since I've had one.
